摘要
采用自制催化剂反应性能实验装置测定了商用蜂窝式烟气脱硝催化剂的脱硝效率,通过对催化剂几何参数和脱硝效率的理论推导及实际测定,计算了催化剂单位微观比表面积的有效厚度反应速率和单个V_2O_5分子的有效厚度反应速率。实验结果表明,在V_2O_5的质量分数低于1.5%的范围内,随着V_2O_5质量分数的增加,单位微观比表面积的有效厚度反应速率呈线性增长,单个V_2O_5分子的有效厚度反应速率降低;活性组分V_2O_5的质量分数越高,反应速率越快,但每个V_2O_5分子的贡献率降低。
Denitration efficency of commerial honeycomb-type flue gas denitration catalyst was determined by homemade catalytic performance testing device. Through theoretical derivation and experimental determination on geometric parameters and denitration efficiency, the reaction rate of effective thickness per microscopic surface area and the reaction rate of effective thickness per V2O5 molecule were calculated. Results showed in the range of V:O5 mass fraction lower than 1.5%, reaction rate of effective thickness per microscopic surface area growed linearly with the increase of V205 mass fraction, however, reaction rate of effective thickness per V2O5 molecule decreased. Namely, the higher the V2O5 mass fraction, the faster the denitration rate. However, the contribution of each V2O5 molecule decreased.
