摘要
目的探讨CBL教学模式在消化内科临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取2015年1月—2016年1月在我校接收消化内科临床学习的在校学生96名进行研究,按照学号尾数单双数将其分为两组,对照组48名,行传统教学法教学,观察组48名,行以病例为基础教学法(CBL)教学,对比两组教学成果。结果两组学生在理论考试成绩及实际操作技能掌握方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组各项问卷调查表指标评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用CBL教学方式实施消化内科临床教学,有利于提高学生对理论知识及专业技能的掌握。
Objective To explore the application value of CBL teaching model in clinical teaching of digestive medicine. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, 96 students received clinical studies in gastroenterology in our hospital were enrolled, according to the number of mantissa, they were divided into two groups, 48 students in the control group were taught by the traditional teaching method, 48 students in observation group was given the case based teaching method (CBL), the teaching results of the two groups were compared. Results Two groups of students in the theoretical examination results and practical skills to grasp the comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The indexes of questionnaire and questionnaire in observation group were better than those in control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of CBL teaching method in clinical teaching of digestive medicine is helpful to improve the students' mastery of theoretical knowledge and professional skills.
