Analysis of Changes of Thyroid Function Indexes in Different Pregnant Women

目的了解孕妇在妊娠早、中、晚期甲状腺功能指标变化,探讨甲状腺功能检测在妊娠期间的临床意义。方法对125例孕妇的不同孕期以采用化学发光仪测定TSH、TT_3、TT_4、FT_3、FT_4水平。结果不同孕期的妇女TSH、TT_3、TT_4、FT_3、FT_4对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中FT_3和FT_4随着早中晚期的变化血液中含量下降(P<0.05);T_3和T_4在中期和晚期妇女对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T_3在早期和晚期对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);TSH在不同孕期妇女中对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论监测各孕期甲状腺功能指标作为临床用药调整的参考依据,以减少不良妊娠结局的发生。

Objective To investigate the changes of thyroid function indexes in pregnant women at early, middle and late stages, and to investigate the clinical significance of thyroid function test during pregnancy. Methods The levels of TSH, TT3, TT4, FT3 and FT4 in 125 pregnant women were measured by chemiluminescence apparatus at different gestational periods. Results The difference of TSH, TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4 between different pregnant women was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, among them, FT3 and FT4 decreased with the early, middle and late stages, and the blood content decreased （P 〈 0.05）; The difference between T3 and T4 in the middle and late women was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; The difference of T3 between early and late stages was statistically significant （P 〈 0.001）; TSH was not statistically significant in women of different gestation periods （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion To monitor the thyroid function index during pregnancy as a reference for clinical medication adjustment, so as to reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
