摘要
目的通过研究山东省13922例呼吸道感染儿童的嗜肺军团菌(LP)感染情况,为临床有效防治提供诊断依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对2014年4月—2017年3月来山东大学齐鲁儿童医院就诊的13922例呼吸道感染儿童进行嗜肺军团菌IgM抗体的检测分析。结果 13 922例呼吸道感染儿童中,共检出嗜肺军团菌1 001例,阳性率为7.19%。男性患儿阳性率为6.48%(572/8822),女性患儿阳性率为8.41%(429/5 100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。2016年12月—2017年3月是嗜肺军团菌的高发季节。不同年龄段患儿中,以5~13岁年龄段患儿嗜肺军团菌检出率最高。结论嗜肺军团菌作为山东省儿童呼吸道感染的重要病原体,其分布特点具有年龄、性别和时间差异,应高度重视,持续监控。
Objective To investigate the infection status of legionella pneumophila (LP) in 13 922 children with respiratory tract infection in shandong province, and to provide the basis for the effective prevention and treatment of the disease. Methods From April 2014 to March 2017, 13 922 children with respiratory tract infection by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect legionella pneumophila lgM antibody in Qilu children's Hospital of Shandong University. Results 13 922 children with respiratory tract infection, Legionella pneumophila was detected in 1 001 cases, the positive rate was 7.19%. The positive rate of male children was 6.48% (572/8 822), and the positive rate of female children was 8.41% (429/5 100), the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.001). From December 2016 to March 2017 was the high season for legionella pneumophila. Among the children of different age groups, the detection rate of Legionella pneumophila was the highest in children of 5 to 13 years old. Conclusion Legionella pneumophila is an important pathogen of respiratory tract infection in children in Shandong province. The distribution characteristics of Legionella pneumophila are age, sex and time difference, and should be paid great attention to and monitored continuously.
