急性缺血性卒中合并心房纤颤的静脉溶栓疗效及安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety of Intravenous Thrombolysis in Patients With Acute Ischemic Stroke Complicated With Atrial Fibrillation

目的讨论急性缺血性卒中合并心房纤颤的静脉溶栓疗效及安全性。方法现随机选取2015年7月—2016年10月我院收治的急性缺血性卒中患者74例,将同时患有心房纤颤的37例患者设定为实验组,将只患有急性缺血性卒中的37例患者设定为对照组,对两组患者24小时和14天的NISS评分和90天后的良好预后率进行对比和分析。结果两组患者在溶栓后NISS评分明显降低,且实验组患者的NISS评分明优高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者的90天后的良好预后有效率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性缺血性卒中合并心房纤颤的临床治疗中,静脉溶栓治疗法具有明显的效果。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute ischemic stroke complicated with atrial fibrillation. Methods From July 2015 to October 2016, 74 patients with acute isehemic stroke admitted in our hospital were randomly selected, 37 patients with atrial fibrillation were also assigned to the experimental group, 37 patients with only acute ischemic stroke were treated as controls, the NISS score of 24 and 14 days and the good prognosis rate after 90 days were compared and analyzed in the two groups. Results The NISS scores of the two groups were significantly lower after thrombolysis, and the NISS score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, the effective prognosis of the experimental group after 90 days was lower than that of the control group, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Thrombolytic therapy is effective in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke complicated with atrial fibrillation.
