腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕的临床效果研究

Clinical Study of Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Endometriosis Associated With Infertility

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕的临床效果研究分析。方法选取2015年3月—2016年4月我院收治的116例子宫内膜异位症伴不孕患者,采用随机数字法分为对照组58例与观察组58例,对照组患者接受常规开腹手术治疗,观察组患者接受腹腔镜手术治理,观察组两组患者手术情况及预后。结果观察组58例患者术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间均低于对照组(t=348.040、21.917、19.476,P<0.05)。观察组术后妊娠率高于对照组(χ~2=12.011,P<0.05)。结论相比于传统开腹手术治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕症腹腔镜手术治疗效果更佳,手术创伤性小、安全性高、患者术后恢复快,且可有效提高不孕患者妊娠率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis associated with infertility. Methods From March 2015 to April 2016, 116 cases of endometriosis with infertility in our hospital were selected, were randomly divided into 58 patients in the control group and 58 cases in the observation group, control group received conventional laparotomy, and the observation group received laparoscopic surgery. The operation and prognosis of the two groups were observed. Results The intraoperative blood loss of 58 patients in observation group, operation time, hospital stay was lower than that of the control group （t=-348.040, 21.917 and 19.476, P 〈 0.05）. The pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （x^2=12.011, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared to the traditional open surgery in the treatment of endometriosis associated with infertility treatment effect of laparoscopic surgery is surgery, traumatic small, high safety, rapid postoperative recovery, and can effectively improve the pregnancy rate of infertility patients.
