鼻内镜术对真菌性鼻窦炎的治疗作用分析及临床研究

目的探讨鼻内镜术对真菌性鼻窦炎的治疗作用。方法将2016年3月—2017年1月的120例真菌性鼻窦炎患者作为对象,依据治疗方法差异分对照组、鼻内镜组两组,各有60例。对照组行传统上颌窦根治术,鼻内镜组行鼻内镜术治疗。比较两组真菌性鼻窦炎治疗总有效率;手术实施时间、手术过程出血量;手术后窦口堵塞、感染等并发症发生率。结果鼻内镜组真菌性鼻窦炎治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;鼻内镜组手术实施时间短于对照组,手术过程出血量少于对照组,P<0.05;鼻内镜组手术后窦口堵塞、感染等并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论鼻内镜术对真菌性鼻窦炎的治疗作用确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,促窦口开放,缩短手术时间,减少出血量和术后并发症,安全有效。

Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on fungal sinusitis. Methods From March 2016 to January 2017, 120 patients with fungal sinusitis were treated, according to the difference of treatment methods, there were 60 cases in the control group and two cases in the nasal endoscopic group. The control group received traditional maxillary sinus radical resection, and the nasal endoscopic group underwent endoscopic sinus surgery. The total effective rate of fungal sinusitis was compared between the two groups; time of operation, the amount of bleeding during operation; complications such as sinus obstruction and infection after operation. Results The total effective rate of fungal sinusitis in the nasal endoscopic group was higher than that in the control group, P〈 0.05; The operation time of the endoscopic group was shorter than that of the control group, and the amount of bleeding during operation was less than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05; The incidence of complications such as sinus obstruction and infection in nasal endoscopic surgery group was lower than that in control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery is effective in the treatment of fungal sinusitis. It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, promote the opening of the sinus opening, shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding and postoperative complications, and it is safe and effective.
