闭合撬拨复位配合克氏针穿刺固定治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折的效果

Effect of Closed Reduction With Kirschner Wire on Comminuted Fracture of Calcaneus

目的探讨闭合撬拨复位配合克氏针穿刺固定治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折临床效果。方法选择笔者所在医院2014年1月—2017年5月收治的跟骨粉碎性骨折患者共70例,35例观察组均采用闭合撬拨复位配合克氏针穿刺固定的手术方法,35例对照组给予切开复位内固定手术,观察手术效果。结果按照Maryland足部评分系统评价手术后的局部功能:观察组35例中,优23例,良有10例,可2例,优良率94.29%。对照组患者35例中,优20例,良好7例,可8例,优良率77.14%,观察组优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论闭合撬拨复位配合克氏针穿刺固定治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折临床效果满意。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of closed reduction and reduction with Kirschner wire in the treatment of comminuted calcaneal fracture. Methods From January 2014 to May 2017, 70 patients with comminuted fracture of calcaneus were selected in our hospital, 35 cases were treated by closed reduction and Kirschner wire fixation, 35 cases of the control group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation, and the effect of operation was observed. Results The local function after operation was evaluated according to the Maryland foot scoring system： In the observation group, 35 cases were excellent, 23 cases were good, 10 cases could be 2 cases, the excellent and good rate was 94.29%. Among the 35 patients in the control group, 20 cases were excellent, 7 cases were good, 8 cases were good, the excellent and good rate was 77.14%, excellent rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of closed reduction and Kirschner wire fixation in the treatment of comminuted calcaneal fracture is satisfactory.
