婴幼儿轻度胃肠炎并发良性惊厥的临床表现与脑电图分析

Clinical Manifestations and EEG Analysis of Infantile Mild Gastroenteritis Complicated With Benign Convulsions

目的分析婴幼儿患有轻度胃肠炎伴良性惊厥的临床表现及视频脑电图特点。方法随机抽取2014年1月—2017年1月前来我院接受治疗的40例婴幼儿轻度胃肠炎患儿的临床资料,分析其临床表现及视频脑电图情况。结果惊厥问题多出现在胃肠炎症状出现的前3天,多以全身强直阵挛为主。11例患儿出现小棘波,5例出现额区和枕区局部放电。结论婴幼儿患有轻度胃肠炎者多在病症出现前3天出现惊厥问题,部分患儿脑电图出现小棘波,少数出现放电问题。

Objective To analyze the clinical features and the characteristics of video EEG in infants with mild gastroenteritis accompanied by benign convulsions. Methods From January 2014 to January 2017, 40 infants with mild gastroenteritis who were treated in our hospital were randomly selected, clinical manifestations and video EEG were analyzed. Results Most of the convulsion problems occurred in the 3 days before the onset of gastroenteritis symptoms, and most of them were mainly generalized tonic clonic symptoms. Small spike wave occurred in 11 cases, partial discharge in frontal region and occipital region in 5 cases. Conclusion Infants suffering from mild gastroenteritis, more than three days before the onset of symptoms of convulsions problems, some children with small wave of EEG, and a small number of discharge problems.
