高压氧联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨高压氧联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年9月—2016年9月收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者198例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法,将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组各99例。治疗组给予高压氧联合甲钴胺治疗,采用医用空气加压舱,治疗压力为0.2 MPa,吸氧时间60 min,每日1次,12天为一个疗程;甲钴胺0.5 mg肌肉注射,每日1次。对照组仅使用甲钴胺0.5 mg,肌肉注射,每日1次。两组患者治疗疗程均为24天。结果治疗组患者的显效率、总有效率分别为45.45%和100.00%,均高于对照组的21.21%及53.54%,两组数据对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组患者的神经传导速度改善情况,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高压氧治疗联合甲钴胺对糖尿病周围神经病变患者具有显著治疗效果,患者运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度显著改善,可作为糖尿病周围神经病变的有效治疗方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods From September 2015 to September 2016, 198 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were enrolled in the study, they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group through table of random number, each group with 99 cases. The treatment group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) combined with mecobalamin, the pressure of medical hyperbaric chamber was 0.2 MPa, the oxygen absorbed time was 60 min, once a day, one course of treatment was 12 d, 0.5 mg mecobalamin i.m., once a day. The control group was only treated with 0.5 mg mecobalamin im,once a day. Courses of treatment in two groups both were 24 d. Results The effective rate and overall efficacy rate of treatment group were 45.45% and 100.00%,respectively.They were significantly higher than those of control group (21.21% and 53.54%) (P 〈 0.01). At the same time, there was obvious differences in the improvement of nerve conduction velocity between two groups (P 〈 0.01).Conclusion HBO combined with mecobalarnin has therapeutic effect on DPN, the MNCV and SNCV significantly improve which may be regared as an effective therapy.
