苍附导痰丸加减治疗痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征导致不孕的效果探究

Study on the Effect of Modified Cangfu Daotan Pill on the Treatment of Infertility and Tanshi Type Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探究苍附导痰丸在痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕治疗中的应用价值。方法收集我科85例痰湿型PCOS不孕妇女,随机分对照组(n=43)和研究组(n=42),对照组应用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片+枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗,研究组加用苍附导痰丸加减治疗,观察两组的临床疗效。结果研究组的总疗效(92.86%),高于对照组(79.07%);研究组治疗后的FSH、T、LH水平均较对照组有所改善;研究组1年内妊娠率45.24%,而对照组为23.26%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苍附导痰丸应用于痰湿型PCOS不孕症治疗中效果明显,能够有效改善患者的激素分泌,提高妊娠率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified cangfu daotan pill on the treatment of tanshi type PCOS and infertility. Methods 85 patients with tanshi type PCOS and infertility were randomly divided into control group （n=43,treated with diane-35 and clomiphene citrate） and study group （n=42,treated with diane-35, elomiphene citrate and cangfu daotan pill）, the clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate （92.86%） and pregnancy rate （45.24%） within one year of the study group were higher than control group （79.07%, 23.26%） （P〈0.05）. The improvement of levels of FSH, T and LH in the study group were significantly better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of cangfu daotan pill in the treatment of tanshi type PCOS and infertility has significant effect, can improve the hormone secretion and pregnancy rate of patients.
