摘要
目的分析四肢骨折围手术期全期护理对压疮发生率的影响。方法按数字随机法抽取2015年1月—2017年1月我院接收并行手术治疗的四肢骨折患者84例,分为两组,对照组实施常规护理,护理组实施围手术期全期护理,对比两组护理的效果。结果护理组骨折愈合时间(5.11±1.23)周,优于对照组的(9.63±1.74)周,P<0.05;且护理组压疮并发症发生率、护理总满意度4.76%、95.24%,优于对照组的16.67%、78.57%,对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论四肢骨折围手术期全期护理能够有效降低压疮发生率。
Objective To analyze the influence of perioperative nursing on the incidence of pressure sore in limbs fracture. Methods 84 cases of limbs fracture treated by parallel surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly selected by digital random method, divided into two groups, the control group received routine nursing care, the nursing group carried out perioperative nursing, the effect of two groups of nursing was compared. Results Nursing group fracture healing time （5.1± 1.23） week was better than the control group （9.63±1.74） week, P 〈 0.05; and the nursing group, the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of 4.76%, 95.24%, better than the control group 16.67%, 78.57%, had significant differences, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Perioperative nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure sores.
