舒适护理在手术室护理工作中应用研究

Application of Comfort Nursing in Operation Room

目的研究与探讨舒适护理在手术室护理工作中应用效果。方法选取近年在我院接受手术治疗的92例患者,依据手术先后顺序分为两个组别,实验组(n=46)与参照组(n=46),对参照组患者施以常规手术室护理,对实验组患者施以手术室舒适护理,比较不同护理模式下两组患者的焦虑情绪、疼痛度以及舒适度。结果实验组患者术前1h的SAS评分为(43.5±3.1)分,术后2 h的SAS评分为(35.3±2.8)分,术后12 h的VAS评分为(1.9±0.4)分,患者舒适度为95.65%(44/46);参照组分别为(48.2±3.4)分、(42.3±3.1)分、(2.6±0.5)分、78.26%(36/46);组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为手术患者实施手术室舒适护理,对缓解患者不良情绪、减轻术后痛感具有帮助,可有效提高患者的身心舒适度。

Objective To study and explore the application effect of comfort nursing in operation room. Methods We selected 92 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital in recent years, they were divided into two groups according to the order of operation, the experimental group （n=46） and the reference group （n=46）, the patients in the reference group were given routine operation room care, the patients in the experimental group were given comfortable care in operation room, the anxiety, pain and comfort of the two groups were compared under different nursing modes. Results In the experimental group, the preoperative SAS score of 1 h was （43.5±3.1） points, the postoperative SAS score of 2 h was （35.3±2.8） points, the postoperative VAS score of 12 h was （1.9±0.4） points, patient comfort was 95.65% （44/46）; The reference groups were （48.2±3.4） points, （42.3±3.1） points, （2.6±0.5） points, and 78.26% （36/46）; The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Cnnelusion Comfortable care of operation room for operation patients, to alleviate the bad mood of patients, alleviating postoperative pain is helpful, can effectively improve the patient＇s physical and mental comfort.
