摘要 目的系统评价机械辅助排痰对预防肺炎的效果。方法应用计算机检索Pub Med、EMBASE、Ovid、中国生物医学文献服务系统(Sino Med)、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库1989年1月—2016年11月国内外发表的相关文献,对符合标准的文献采用Review Manager 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入文献5篇,共934例患者,其中治疗组(机械排痰组)471例,肺炎发生率10.40%,对照组(常规治疗组)463例,肺炎发生率24.41%。Meta分析发现两组间肺炎发生率差异有统计学意义[相对危险度(RR)=0.43,95%可信区间(0.31,0.58),P<0.01]。结论机械辅助排痰可降低肺炎发生率。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of mechanical-assisted expectoration in preventing pneumonia. Methods PubMed, EMBASE, Ovid, SinoMed, CNKI, Wanfang database and Vip database were searched by computer from January 1989 to November 2016, and the related literatures were published at home and abroad. Meta-analysis was performed using Review Manager 5.3 software. Result A total of 934 patients were enrolled in this study. Among them, 471 cases were treated by mechanical sputum discharge. The incidence of pneumonia was 10.40%, while that of control group was 463. The incidence of pneumonia was 24.41%. The relative risk [(RR)=0.43, 95% confidence interval (0.31, 0.58), P 〈 0.01] was found in the meta-analysis between the two groups. Conclusion Mechanicalassisted expectoration can reduce the incidence of pneumonia.
