护理干预对乳腺癌患者PICC导管维护依从性的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Compliance of PICC Catheter Maintenance in Breast Cancer Patients

目的探究护理干预对乳腺癌患者外周静脉植入中心静脉导管(PICC)维护时患者依从性的影响。方法随机选择我院2016年5月—2017年5月PICC维护的65例乳腺癌患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者32例常规基础护理,观察组33例在此基础上实施全面护理。分别对两组患者的导管维护依从性以及并发症发生率统计分析。结果观察组患者的治疗依从性高于对照组,并且在导管堵塞,感染,静脉血栓,静脉炎等并发生发生率中低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全面护理干预可有效地提高PICC置管乳腺癌患者维护依从性,同时减少并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the compliance of patients with breast cancer treated with peripherally inserted central venous catheter （PICC）. Methods 65 cases of patients with breast cancer who underwent PICC maintenance in our hospital from August 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into control grotlp and observation group. Among them, 32 patients in the control group were treated with routine basic care. 33 patients in the observation group Nursing based on the implementation of comprehensive care. The follow-up of catheter maintenance and the incidence of complications were analyzed statistically. Results The treatment adherence of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of catheters was significantly lower than that of the control group in the course of catheters, damage, infection, venous thrombosis, phlebitis and so on （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the compliance of PICC patients with breast cancer maintenance, while reducing the incidence of complications.
