摘要 从豆科植物大叶胡枝子Lespedeza davidii Franch的茎皮中分离出一个新的二氢黄酮,命名为胡枝子辛素(Lespedezaflavanone H),其结构推定为6,8,5′-三异戊烯基-5,7,2′,4′-四羟基-(2S)-二氢黄酮。同时还分离到三个已知化合物白桦脂酸、正廿二酸和槐树甙。 A new flavanone named lespedezaflavanone H was isolated from the stem bark of Lespedeza davidii and its structure was established as 6,8,5′-tri-γ, γ-dimethylallyl-5,7,2′, 4′-tetrahydroxy-(2S)-flavanone on the basis of spectroscopic evidence. In addition, three other known compounds were also isolated and identified as docosanoic acid, betulinic acid and genistein-7-glucoside.
