介绍了苏联解体10年后的俄罗斯电力工业的情况,包括生产运营、体制改革、调度管理中所遇到的情况和存在的问题,以及俄罗斯电力工业改革的最新进展。
The former USSR was disorganized in 1991. The present situation of power industry in Russia, including its production and management, system reform, dispatching and administration are described in this paper, and its existing problems are also pointed out. The updated information of the progress of the reform in Russian power industry is presented.
