摘要
以纸和Q235钢作为实验材料,在已有缺口的试件上开孔,减弱缺口产生的应力集中效应,在轴向受拉的作用下,提高试件承载力。通过实验得出减弱缺口应力集中效应明显的开孔方式。对2种材料试件得出的结论进行对比,并利用有限元软件辅助分析试件最大内力,用MATLAB处理数据,使实验数据可视化。经试验和有限元模拟分析得出开孔方式最佳的方案。
Taking the paper and Q235 steel as the experimental material, the holes in the existing specimen have been cut, weakening the stress concentration effect caused by the notch, and increasing the bearing capacity of the specimen under the action of axial tension. Through the experiment, we can get the obvious opening way to reduce the concentrated effect of notch stress. The results of the two kinds of materials are compared, and the finite element software is used to analyze the maximum internal force of the specimen. The data are processed by MATLAB to visualize the experimental data. The optimal scheme of opening method was obtained by experiment and finite element simulation.
