扬州三盛国际广场3#楼为一超限高层建筑,塔楼偏置,且与裙楼连接处开设较大采光中庭,连接较为薄弱,设计中采取一定措施解决结构超限问题,满足主裙楼不设缝的建筑功能要求。

Yangzhou Sansheng International Plaza 3# Building is a transfinite high-rise building, with the tower at one side, which has a large atrium for light at the junction with the podium building. As the connection is relatively weak, in the design, certain measures were taken to solve the problem of out-of-gauge structure and to meet the architectural requirement that there should be no crack between the main tower and the podium building.
