摘要
某学校教学楼地处抗震设防烈度7度(0.10g)地区,由于抗震规范的变化,使原有建筑的承载力及抗震构造均不满足现行规范要求。为保障该校舍在地震中的安全性,结合校舍结构的特点,采用隔震技术对其进行加固处理。文章介绍了该项目的设计要点,并选取7条地震波进行非线性时程分析。计算结果表明,隔震结构的水平向减震系数小于0.4,降低了上部结构所受的地震作用,提高了工程结构的安全性;相关成果对中小学砌体结构校舍抗震加固具有重要参考价值。
Due to the change of the current seismic code, the existing bearing capacity and seismic construction cannot meet the specification requirements for the teaching building with 7-degree of earthquake fortification intensity. To ensure the safety of this teaching building in the earthquake, combined with the characteristics of school buildings, seismic isolation technique was used to reinforce this teaching building.This paper introduces the key points of the design for this reinforcement project, in which seven seismic waves were selected to conducted nonlinear time-history analysis. It is found that the earthquake effect on the upper structure was reduced for the horizontal seismic decrease coefficient less than 0.4, and hence the safety of this building structure was improved. The findings in this paper can provide the reference for seismic strengthening of masonry structure in primary and secondary schools.
