建筑节能与绿色建筑区域集成示范研究——以宿迁市古黄河绿色生态示范区创建为例

Research on Regional Integration of Building Energy Efficiency and Green Building——A Case Study of the Yellow River Green Ecological Demonstration Area in Suqian City

近年来,江苏省积极响应国家绿色生态示范区创建的号召,致力推动绿色建筑和生态规划建设从建筑单体向区域融合发展、从单项技术运用向综合技术集成发展。宿迁市古黄河绿色生态示范区于2013年被批准为江苏省建筑节能和绿色建筑示范区,经过3年创建,初步建设成为一个绿色、生态、宜居的区域。文章在对古黄河绿色生态示范区基本情况和特征分析的基础上,着重研究了该示范区创建的技术路线、保障机制、创建效益,对今后宿迁市绿色生态示范城区建设具有一定的指导意义,同时也为其他城市绿色生态示范区的建设提供借鉴。

In recent years, Jiangsu province actively create a green ecological demonstration area in response to the call of the country, promoting green building and ecological planning from single building to regional integration, from single application of technology to integrated technology development. The Yellow River green ecological demonstration area was approved as a demonstration zone for building energy conservation and green building in 2013 in Jiangsu Province. After 3 years of creation, it has been initially built into a green,ecological, livable area. Based on the analysis of the basic situation and characteristics of the Yellow River green ecological demonstration area, this paper focuses on the research of the technical route, the guarantee mechanism and the benefit of the demonstration area. It will be of guiding significance for the construction of green ecological demonstration city in Suqian in the future and be used for reference to other cities.
