摘要
目的初步探讨农民工的职业紧张与抑郁的关系以及组织支持的中介作用,为降低农民工的抑郁倾向提供相关的理论依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,抽取安徽建筑工地、民营企业899名农民工。运用职业紧张问卷、抑郁调查量表和组织支持感问卷进行测量。结果外在付出与抑郁倾向有正相关关系,回报、内在投入与抑郁倾向有负相关关系,职业紧张对抑郁倾向的解释量为35.2%,组织支持的中介作用对抑郁倾向解释量为12.1%。结论农民工的抑郁倾向为较高状况,外在付出、回报、内在投入对于抑郁倾向有良好的预测作用,组织支持在职业紧张与抑郁倾向的关系中起到中介作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between occupational stress and depression in migrant workers and the intermediary role of organizational support, to provide theoretical basis for reducing the depression tendency of migrant workers. Methods The cluster sampling method was adopted and 899 migrant workers were sampled from Anhui construction sites and private enterprises. The questionnaire was used to measure the related indicators. Results External cost had positive correlation with depression, rewards, but internal investment had negative relationship with depression. The occupational stress for depression was accounted for 35. 2%, organizational support amount of intermediary role to explain depression was 12. 1%.Conclusions Higher status of depression of the migrant workers was found. External pay, rewards, internal investment for depression has good prediction effect, organizational support on the relationship between occupational stress and depression play an intermediary role.
