广西一般人群尿锑正常值调查研究

Investigation on the normal value of urine antimony in general population in Guangxi

目的探讨广西一般健康人群尿锑正常参考值上限及分布特点。方法以广西14个市18岁~60岁不同行业无锑职业暴露史的的健康成人为调查对象,采用按性别年龄分层随机抽样的方法分组采集尿比重合格及资料信息齐全的尿样,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定方法进行尿锑检测,应用SPSS 19.0统计软件,数据采用百分位数法(单侧范围P_(95)以下)进行统计分析。结果共采集尿样1 417份,采用百分位数法(单侧范围是P_(95)以下)计算尿锑正常参考值上限为7.76μg/L,不同性别、年龄组、是否矿区、吸烟与否差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。另外,尿锑在不同地区的差异有统计学意义,防城港最高,靖西县最低。结论广西地区正常成人尿锑正常参考值建议设为为7.76μg/L。

Objective To investigate the upper limit of normal reference value of urinary antimony of general healthy population in Guangxi. Methods Healthy adults aged 18 to 60 year old in different industries without the occupation of antimony exposure history in 14 cities of Guangxi were selected as the research object. Stratified random sampling and grouping method were used the according to the age and gender. Urine samples with qualified gravity and information were collected for detecting urine antimony by Graphite Furnace Atomic absorption spectroscopy. Data was analyzed using SPSS 19 statistic software. Results 1 417 urine samples were collected, using percentile method（ unilateral range was less than P（95））to calculate the value of the upper limit for 7. 76 g/L as normal urine antimony. There was no statistically significant difference at different gender, age groups, mining,smoking（P〈0. 05）. But there was statistically significant difference of urine antimony in different regions, the highest was in Fang Cheng Gang,the lowest in Jingxi. Conclusions The normal reference value of urine antimony in normal adults in Guangxi area is set to be 7. 76 g/L.
