A Study on the Course "Career Development and Employment Guidance for College Students" from the Perspective of "The Belt and Road Initiative——A Case Study of Kashi University

文章以喀什大学为例,通过对该校"大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导课程"授课情况进行调查,分析该课程在教学实践中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,以便更好地优化课程设置,进一步发挥该课程在促进学生就业中的作用,提升学校服务地方经济社会和国家重大战略的能力。

This article investigates the practice of the course ＂Career Development and Employment Guidance for College Students＂ in a Case Study of Kashi University, analyzes the problems in teaching practice, and provides solutions in the hope of promoting teaching setup and its function in promoting employment rate and the ability of the school to serve the local economic social development and national strategy.
