雷替曲塞联合多西他塞化疗对进展期胃癌患者血管内皮生长因子的影响

Effects of combined chemotherapy of raltitrexed and docetaxel on the plasma vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with progressive gastric cancer

目的探讨雷替曲塞联合多西他塞对进展期胃癌患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法选取2013年1月至2015年12月间邢台市人民医院收治的28例进展期胃癌患者,均行雷替曲塞联合多西他塞化疗4~6个周期,检测血管内皮生长因子水平。结果化疗前1 d和化疗后1 d、1周、1个月及4~6个周期后,患者VEGF水平分别为(298.5±23.4)ng/L、(473.5±68.5)ng/L、(268.3±47.9)ng/L、(290.7±32.4)ng/L和(232.4±21.6)ng/L,化疗后1 d、1周和4~6个化疗周期后的VEGF水平与化疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);化疗4~6个周期后,总有效率为46.4%,VEGF水平为(202.4±23.4)ng/L,低于化疗前的(298.5±23.4)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷替曲塞联合多西他塞药物化疗后,进展期胃癌患者VEGF水平明显降低。

Objective To investigate the effect of combined chemotherapy of raltitrexed and docetaxel on the plasma vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF） in patients with progressive gastric cancer.Methods Twenty-eight patients with progressive gastric cancer treated at Xingtai People＇s Hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected. All patients were treated with combined chemotherapy of raltitrexed and docetaxel for 4 to 6 cycles. Plasma levels of VEGF were detected. Results At 1 d before the chemotherapy,1 week and 1 month after the chemotherapy,and after 4 to 6 cycles,VEGF levels were（ 298. 5 ± 23. 4） ng/L,（ 473. 5 ± 68. 5） ng/L,（ 268. 3 ± 47. 9） ng/L,（ 290. 7 ± 32. 4） ng/L and（ 232. 4 ± 21. 6） ng/L,respectively. The differences in VEGF levels were statistically significant between before the chemotherapy and 1 d after the chemotherapy,1 week and 1 month after the chemotherapy,and after 4 to 6 cycles（ all P〈0. 05）. After 4 to 6 cycles,the overall efficacy was 46. 4%,and the VEGF level was（ 202. 4 ± 23. 4） ng/L which was lower than（ 298. 5 ± 23. 4） ng/L of before the chemotherapy. Conclusion combined chemotherapy of raltitrexed and docetaxel leads to significant decrease of VEGF levels in patients with progressive gastric cancer.
