构皮滩升船机大体积混凝土浇筑温度应力仿真分析 被引量:5

摘要 构皮滩二级升船机基础为大体积混凝土,由于浇筑期处于高温月份,降温幅度大、保温难度高,混凝土温度控制成为其施工的关键。为确保升船机施工期对混凝土浇筑采取的施工条件和方法可行,在充分考虑施工环境气候变化、混凝土材料热学力学性质和人工降温保温措施的基础上,基于有限单元法采用ANSYS软件对其大体积混凝土浇筑全过程进行了三维仿真计算,分析其施工期非稳定温度场及应力场的分布变化规律,并提出相应的温控措施,可为类似工程提供重要参考。 The base of Goupitan ship lift is mass concrete. The casting time of ship lift is in the high temperature. Temperature control for mass concrete becomes a key problem because of the large temperature difference. In order to ensure the reliability of the construc- tion conditions and methods, Goupitan ship llft are simulated by using ANSYS, which was based on the finite element method by con- sidering the climate change and the thermodynamic properties of concrete materials. This paper analyzed the distribution law of unstable temperature field and stress field during construction period, and put forward corresponding temperature control measures. It would pro- vide important references for the similar projects.
