摘要
被测模拟信号波动较大,直接采集无法得到稳定的数值,采用均方差算法进行滤波,可以得到合理、稳定的数值,作为控制系统的反馈环节,提高控制系统的控制精度。该方法应用在钢水的红外测温系统中,通过实验验证,采用该滤波算法能够得到稳定的温度值,误差符合国标要求,提高了现场的自动化程度及控制精度。
For large fluctuation in measured analog signals,and can not get stable values by direct acquisition,mean square error filtering algorithm is used to get reasonable and stable values,which can improve the control performance as feedback to control systems.This method is applied to the infrared temperature measurement system of molten steel,and through experimental verification,stable temperature values can be obtained using this filtering algorithm,the error of which meets the national standard,and improve the degree of automation and control accuracy.
