基于MCGS的液位控制系统实时仿真

Real-time Simulation of Level Control System Based on MCGS

介绍利用MCGS组态软件设计控制系统实时仿真软件的方法。以过程控制实验装置为原型,通过实验辨识求得被控对象的数学模型,并采用离散相似法建立其仿真模型。基于MCGS具有的时间管理机制,编写仿真程序,实现液位控制系统的实时仿真。试验表明仿真系统能较好地模拟实物系统,可作为辅助教学和实训的实验平台。

This paper introduces the method of designing real-time simulation software of control system with MCGS configuration software.The mathematical model of the plant is obtained by experiment identification and the simulation model is established by discrete similarity method.Based on the time management mechanism of MCGS,the simulation program is written to realize real-time simulation of liquid level control system.
