摘要
针对时差式超声波流量计在实际工业现场的环境下会出现精度不高,抗干扰能力弱的情况,提出了一种基于脉冲群相关法的时差式超声波流量计设计方案。以TDC计时芯片的高精度计时为基础,运用脉冲群相关法提高超声波流量计的精度和稳定性,同时采用包络线自诊断的方法解决了波形畸变负面影响的问题,增强了时差式超声波流量计的抗干扰能力。通过在MATLAB上进行仿真,以及在超声波流量计实验平台上进行实际测量,结果验证了方案的可行性。
The methodology for designing the ultrasonic flowmeter based on pulse cluster correlation and time difference is proposed.The accuracy and the stability of the ultrasonic flowmeter are improved,with the TDC timing chip in high precision and the methodology of pulse cluster correlation employed.Simultaneously,the problem about the negative effect of waveform distortion is solved by means of the self-diagnostic methodology of the envelope curve,and the anti-interference ability of the ultrasonic flowmeter based on time difference is enhanced.
