光伏电池输出特性分析及最大功率点跟踪研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据光伏电池的工作原理,研究了光伏电池的数学模型并仿真分析了其输出特性。然后在此模型的基础上,进行太阳能光伏电池的最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)。针对传统的最大功率点跟踪方法在光伏电池最大功率点难以兼顾响应速度和稳态性能的问题,提出了一种改进的电导增量法。最后通过仿真算例进行对比,验证了该方法具有较好的功率跟踪性能。 According to the working principle of photovoltaic cells,the mathematical model of photovoltaic cells is studied and its output characteristics are analyzed by simulation.Then,based on this model,the maximum power point tracking(MPPT) of solar photovoltaic cells is carried out.An improved incremental conductivity method is proposed aiming at the problem that the traditional maximum power point tracking method is difficult to balance the response speed and steady state performance at the maximum power point of the photovoltaic cell.
