摘要
以励磁系统为载体,分析了传统的励磁恒流系统,指出了传统的励磁恒流方法在实际应用中产生的问题。设计了一种高性能励磁恒流系统,该系统具有较快的响应速度,电路工作稳定,恒流精度高,能够满足高频励磁的要求。最后,将设计的高性能励磁恒流系统应用于研制的浆液型电磁流量计励磁控制中,提高了电磁流量计的测量速度和浆液测量精度。
Based on the excitation system,the traditional excitation constant current system is analyzed and pointed out the problems in the practical application in this paper.Thus,a high performance constant current excitation system is designed in this paper.The system has fast response speed,stable and reliable circuit operation,high precision of constant current and can meet the requirements of high frequency excitation.Finally,the design of high performance excitation constant current system is applied to the manufacture of the excitation control of slurry electromagnetic flowmeter.
