补体系统是机体免疫系统的重要组成部分，而肝脏是各类补体成分合成的重要场所，同时补体系统也参与了各种类型肝病的免疫病理过程。血清补体成分的检测对于各类型的肝病具有较高的临床诊断价值。本文阐述了近年来补体系统对各类型肝脏疾病的致病机制及诊断价值的相关研究进展。

The complement system is a part of the immune system and many of the serum complement components are synthesized primarily in the liver. Furthermore, the complement system is also involved in the immune mechanism of pathologic process of liver diseases. The determination of serum complement components level has high clinical diagnostic values for liver diseases. It summarizes the research progress of diagnostic values and mechanism of complement system in liver diseases.
