补气通络方对大鼠坐骨神经轴突再生的影响

Study on effect of Buqi-Tongluo Formula on the axon regeneration of sciatic nerve in rats

目的 观察由黄芪、人参、当归、川芎、丹参等中药组成的补气通络方对促进大鼠损伤坐骨神经再生的效应 ,为临床用药提供依据。方法 用 4 8只雄性清洁级Wistar大鼠 ,行右坐骨神经切断后即刻神经外膜缝合法造模 ,后将大鼠随机分成 4组 :补气通络胶囊组、补气通络注射液组、维生素B1+B6组和空白对照组 ,每组 12只。于造模术成功及处置后 4周、8周和 12周 ,从每组随机抽取 4只大鼠取坐骨神经进行轴突计数 ,以神经轴突再生恢复率作为观测指标进行验证。结果 补气通络胶囊组和补气通络注射液组大鼠坐骨神经轴突再生恢复率均优于维生素B1+B6组及空白对照组 (P <0 0 5或P<0 0 1)。结论 补气通络方有助于周围神经损伤后神经轴突的再生。

Objective To study the effect of Buqi Tongluo Formula (a compound TCM drug composed of Radix Astragali,Radix Ginseng,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae etc and supplied in the capsule and injection forms) on regeneration of axons of sciatic nerve of the rats in order to find out scientific basis for clinical application of the TCM formula Methods 48 Wistar rat models were made by section of the right sciatic nerves of rats and immediately the epineurium were sutured.Then the rats with injured sciatic nerve were randomly divided into 4 groups:group Ⅰ were treated with Buqi Tongluo Capsule, group Ⅱ with Buqi Tongluo Injection ,group Ⅲ with Vitamin B 1+B 6 tablet,group Ⅳ with normal saline.At 4th,8th and 12 weeks after treatment,4 rats from each group had their sciatic Nerve Axon Counting(NAC) checked and compared with each other.Results All rats which were treated with Buqi Tongluo Capsule or Buqi Tongluo Injection had a better recovery ratio of NAC than those which were treated with Vitamin B 1+B 6(P<0 05)or with normal saline(P<0 01).Conclusion Both Buqi Tongluo capsule and Buqi Tongluo injection could facilitate the regeneration of injured peripheral nerve.
