摘要
目的对1-溴丙烷(1-BP)企业进行职业卫生现场调查,了解1-BP职业接触浓度对健康检查结果的影响,寻找可用于评估1-BP现场接触浓度的相关指标。方法选取广东及山东省共计6家1-BP生产和使用企业作为研究对象,进行定点和个体采样;收集健康监护资料,检测现场空气中1-BP浓度;采集受试者血样,分析血常规及血生化结果;收集受试者的班末尿,检测其中BP原型及其代谢产物N-乙酰-S-(n-丙基)-半胱氨酸(Ac Pr Cys)的含量。使用统计方法对结果进行分析。结果所有职业场所中均广泛存在1-BP暴露,各个岗位接触BP的最高检测浓度达556 mg/m^3。对血液及尿液检查结果作单因素ANOVA分析,结果显示,不同剂量接触组血液中血小板、平均血小板体积、血小板体积分布宽度,尿素、肌酐、胆固醇,促甲状腺素,尿液中BP原型的浓度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 1-BP接触可引起血常规、血生化及尿液1-BP浓度的改变。空气中1-BP浓度与血尿检测结果有一定的相关性。血小板、平均血小板体积、血小板体积分布宽度、尿素、肌酐,促甲状腺素等可作为评估1-BP接触浓度的相关指标。
[Objective] By the occupational health field investigation in enterprises produce and use 1-bromine propane(1-BP),understand the impact of occupational exposure concentration to1-BP on physical examination results,explore the related indicators used to assess the exposure concentration of 1-BP. [Methods]Totally 6 enterprises which produce and use 1-BP were selected from Guangdong Province and Shandong Province respectively,to conduct the fixed point and individual sampling. The health monitoring data was collected and the concentration of 1-BP in the air of workshop was detected. The blood samples were collected for blood routine and biochemical test. The urine samples at the end of the job were collected to detect the concentration of 1-BP and its metabolite(Ac Pr Cys). The results were analyzed statistically. [Results]1-BP exposure widely existed in all the occupational sites,and the highest detection concentration reached 556 mg/m-3. One-way ANOVA assay showed that there were statistically significant differences in levels of platelet,mean platelet volume,platelet volume distribution,urea,creatinine,cholesterol and thyrotropin in serum and concentration of 1-BP in urine among different exposure groups(P〈0.05). [Conclusion]1-BP exposure produce an effect on the results of blood routine and biochemical test,and can change the 1-BP concentration in urine. 1-BP concentration in the air is relates to the results of blood and urine tests. The platelet,mean platelet volume,platelet volume distribution,urea,creatinine,cholesterol and thyrotropin can be used as related indicators to assess 1-BP exposure concentration.
