医学检验专业学生实验室生物安全知信行现状调查 被引量:10

Investigation on status of knowledge-attitude-practice about laboratory biosafety among medical examination technology students

摘要 目的了解医学检验专业学生实验室生物安全的知识、态度、行为现状,分析其影响因素,为开展实验室生物安全教育提供参考。方法采用分层整群的抽样方式抽取长沙医学院医学检验专业学生301人,采用自编的调查问卷对学生的一般资料、实验室生物安全知信行情况进行调查,用统计学软件SPSS 18.0分析结果。结果长沙医学院医学检验专业学生实验室生物安全知识中对识别实验室警示标签的知晓率最高,为95.0%;对离心管破损后如何处理的知晓率最低,为28.6%;实验室意外事故的发生率为71.1%,但只有64.5%的学生知道如何处理实验室事故,90.0%的学生表示有必要在学校接受实验室生物安全方面的知识。不同年级、学历的学生实验室生物安全知识答对率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论医学检验专业学生实验室生物安全认知现状不容乐观,高校教育工作者应加强实验室生物安全防护知识的教育。 [Objective]To learn the status of knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)about laboratory biosafety among medical examination technology students,analyze its influence factors,and provide reference for carrying out laboratory biosafety education.[Methods]A self-designed questionnaire concerning demography data and KAP on laboratory biosafety was used to investigate301 medical examination technology students who were selected by stratified cluster sampling in Changsha Medical College. The data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0.[Results]Among medical examination technology students in Changsha Medical College,the awareness rate of the laboratory identification tag in the laboratory biosafety knowledge was the highest(95.0%),while the awareness rate of treatment for the damage of centrifuge tube was the lowest(28.6%). The rate of laboratory accidents was 71.1%,but only 64.5% of students knew how to deal with laboratory accident. 90.0% of students considered that the education about laboratory biosafety knowledge is necessary at school. There were statistically significant differences in the correct answer rate of laboratory biosafety knowledge among students in different grades and education ground(P〈0.01).[Conclusion]The status of awareness rate about laboratory biosafety knowledge among medical examination technology students is not optimistic. The college education workers should strengthen the education on laboratory biosafety knowledge.
