Radiation dose distribution of C-arm machine by MCNP and protection strategy

摘要 目的模拟C臂机曝光所致医护人员辐射剂量,保证医护人员在C形臂X射线机(C臂机)手术室的辐射安全。方法针对C臂机球管在诊断床的上、下两种情况,应用蒙特卡罗程序(MCNP)计算了C臂机周围辐射剂量的空间分布和医护人员所受年辐射剂量。结果采取0.5 mm Pb当量防护,球管在床下时辐射剂量衰减到原来的11.1%,即衰减掉了88.9%。结论当C臂机曝光时,除主治医师以外其他医护人员尽量离开;采取球管在诊断床下的曝光方式;所有的医护人员都要着防护服。 [Objective]To simulate the radiation dose of C-arm machine absorbed by medical staff,ensure the radiation safety of medical staff in C-arm X-ray machine room.[Methods]According to the conditions of C-arm machine tube above and under the diagnosis bed,Monte Carlo N-Particle(MCNP) was used to calculate the spatial distribution of radiation dose around C-arm machine and annual radiation dose of medical staff.[Results]With 0.5 mm Pb equivalent protection,the radiation dose reduced to the 11.1% of original dose,namely decreased by 88.9%.[Conclusion]Medical staff should leave the center line as far as possible expect the attending physician when C-arm machine is running. It is necessary to take the exposure mode of tube under the diagnosis bed,and all medical workers must wear the protective clothing.
