摘要
目的了解上海市金山区苯及其化合物作业企业职业危害现状,为开展防治工作提供依据。方法对该类企业进行抽样调查,收集劳动者职业健康检查资料,检测车间苯系物浓度,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果作业场所检测苯未超标,作业场所甲苯、二甲苯检测点不合格率分别为4.5%和6.8%。不同性别组工人血常规各项结果差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),不同工龄组工人血常规各项结果差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。12家企业职业卫生工作总费用167.9万元,接害劳动者人均职业卫生经费5 750元。结论应继续加强金山区企业职业卫生监督管理,切实保护苯系物作业工人职业健康。
[Objective]To understand the current situation of occupational hazards in enterprises involving benzene and its compounds in Jinshan District of Shanghai,and provide basis for prevention and control work. [Methods]A sample survey was conducted to collect the data of occupational health examination of workers,and to detect the concentration of benzene series in the workshop. The results were analyzed statistically. [Results]The concentration of benzene in workshop did not exceed the allowed standards. The unqualified rates of toluene and xylene were 4.5% and 6.8%. The differences of blood routine examination results in different gender groups were statistically significant(all P〈0.05),and in different age groups were not statistically significant(all P〉0.05). The total cost of occupational health work in 12 enterprises was 1.679 million yuan,and per capita occupational health funding of workers exposure to benzene was 5 750 yuan. [Conclusion]The supervision and management of occupational health in enterprises in Jinshan District should be strengthened to protect the occupational health of workers exposure to benzene series.
