摘要
临界颗粒直径和处理量是碟式离心机设计时最为关键的两个指标。通过对结构参数、操作参数和物性参数的对比分析,得出两种临界颗粒直径及处理量的变化曲线和主要影响因素,并通过对比参数处理得到参数合理选择区,可以用于指导碟式离心机结构设计。
The two most important indexes in disc centrifuge design are critical particle diameter and handling capacity.The performance variation curves and vital influence factors of the two critical particle diameters and handling capacities were obtained through comparing and analyzing the structural, operating and physical parameters. According to the ratio parameter processing, a reasonable parameter selection area was obtained, which was meaningful in structural design of disc centrifuge.
