本文运用标准化的理论与方法,通过分析山西省小杂粮产业的现状和特点以及山西省小杂粮标准化的现状,提出山西省小杂粮标准体系构建原则及标准体系框架,研究制定当前急需的小杂粮标准。

Applying the theories and methods of standardization, the paper analyzes the status quo and features of minor grain crops industry in Shanxi province, puts forward the principles for establishing the standards system of minor grain crops in Shanxi province and the standards system framework to support the development of minor grain crops standards in urgent need.
