By analyzing the current situation and new task of the aerospace industry, this paper discusses the demand of standardization human resources development, analyzes the present situation and the shortcomings of the current space personnel standardization system. It explores the development path of building standardization personnel from the following aspects, including strengthening the top level planning, talent introduction and cultivation, promoting the professional personnel and standardization personnel exchange mechanism, standards training and standardization of international exchanges.
