The confirmation and validation of detection methods is an important technical guarantee for product quality inspection organizations to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and results they issue. Therefore, the product quality inspection organizations must attach great importance to and strengthen the confirmation and validation of the inspection methods. This paper gives a brief introduction to the classification, necessity and requirements of the confirmation and validation of inspection methods, and how to carry out the confirmation and validation of inspection methods.
