摘要
对采用二氧化碳水玻璃型砂、呋喃自硬树脂砂及酚醛酯硬树脂砂造型生产的高端铸钢件存在的问题进行了分析。介绍了对环境无害的邦尼自硬树脂砂的特性。对邦尼自硬树脂砂造型进行了工艺试验。试验结果表明,砂型强度高、表面质量好,高端铸钢件表面质量也好,无氧化,铸钢件性能符合相关的技术要求。
The problems encountered in producing high-grade steel castings by molding process in which CO2-sodium silicate sand, furan self-hardening resin sand and phenolic resin sand were used respectively was analyzed. The characteristics of an environmentally-friendly Bonnie self-hardening resin sand were introduced. Molding process test in which the Bonnie self-hardening resin sand was employed was accomplished. The results show that the high-grade steel castings having high-quality surface free from oxidation may be produced with the use of the sand mould having higher strength and better surface quality, and the properties of the steel casting conform with the relative technical requirements.
