摘要
探讨了当前采用膨润土添加剂进行湿砂造型的技术。该添加剂对环境无害,值得推广应用。概述了新研制的添加剂的工作原理和在实际铸造生产中检测芳烃排放物的方法。新的低排放膨润土添加剂用于铸件的湿砂造型可使铸造厂的湿砂系统的BTEx排放量降低80%,并可以提高生产效率,提高铸件的表面光洁度。
Green sand moulding technology in which a bentonic additive was employed was discussed. This type of additive is environmently-friendly, and worth being widely applied to green sand moulding of castings. The operating principle of newly developed additive and method of detecting aromatic discharge in actual casting production were outlined. The use of the environmently-friendly additive in green samnd moulding may reduce BTEX discharge by about 80% in green sand system of foundry, increase production rate, and render the casting surface more smooth.
