摘要
研究了四组灰铸铁缸套的微观组织、力学性能以及切削性能。探索了组织形态对灰铸铁切削性能的影响规律。结果表明,灰铸铁组织越均匀,石墨含量越高,越细小、弯曲,其切削性能越好。具有片间距细小均匀的珠光体基体和细小、弯曲、均匀分布的片状石墨的灰口铸铁具有良好力学性能和切削性能。
Microstructures, mechanical properties, and cutability of four sets of gray cast iron cylinder liners were investigated. The effect of forms of the microstructure on the cutability of the gray cast iron was explored.From the study results it is concluded that the gray cast iron having more uniform microstructure, larger amount of fine and curved graphite will exhibit better curability. The gray cast iron will have good both mechanical properties and cutability provided that its pearlite matrix is tiny and uniform lamellar, and that the flaky graphite is fine, curved and uniform distribution.
