乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管炎的临床疗效

Clinical effect of lactose acid azithromycin in the treatment of infantile bronchitis

目的探讨乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选取景德镇市妇幼保健院2014年7月—2015年12月收治的支气管炎患儿80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。患儿均给予常规治疗,对照组患儿给予红霉素治疗,观察组患儿给予乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗,两组患儿均持续治疗7 d。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、症状消退时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿症状消退时间短于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管炎的临床疗效确切,可快速缓解患儿的临床症状,且安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of lactose acid azithromycin in the treatment of infantile bronchitis. Methods A total of 80 cases of bronchitis chiildren were selected from July 2014 to December 2015 in Jingdezhen City Maternal and Child Health Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group. All children were given routine treatment,control group was given erythromycin for therapy,observation group was given lactose acid azithromycin,both groups were treated for 7 days. The clinical effect,symptoms subsided time and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The observation group of symptoms subsided time was shorter than control group,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower than control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Lactose acid azithromycin has an exactly clinical effect in the treatment of infantile bronchitis,it can rapidly release the clinical symptoms of children,and with high safety.
