摘要
目的分析泌尿外科尿路感染患者细菌培养阳性检出率、致病菌构成和药敏试验结果。方法选取四川省射洪县中医院泌尿外科2013—2015年收治的尿路感染患者清洁中段尿473份,分析尿路感染患者细菌培养阳性检出率、致病菌构成和药敏试验结果。结果采集的473份尿标本中培养出致病菌株179株,以肠杆菌科致病菌居多,真菌次之,肠球菌第三。根据选药提示肠杆菌科敏感性最高的是美罗培南,丁胺卡那霉素次之,妥布霉素敏感性最高,泌尿道首选药诺氟沙星敏感性最高。对真菌敏感性最高的是氟胞嘧啶和两性霉素。对肠球菌敏感性最高的是万古霉素和利奈唑胺,环丙沙星敏感性最高。结论泌尿外科尿路感染的致病菌主要为肠杆菌科、真菌和肠球菌,治疗用抗生素应首选诺氟沙星和妥布霉素、环丙沙星和氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素。
Objective To investigate the positive rate of bacterial culture,the composition of pathogenic bacteria and the results of drug susceptibility test in urinary tract infection patients. Methods A total of 473 urine samples were collected from urinary tract infection patients from 2013 to 2015 years in Shehong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the positive rate of bacterial culture,pathogen composition and drug susceptibility test were analyzed. Results 179 strains of pathogenic bacteria were cultured in 473 urine samples,the majority of pathogens were enterobacteriaceae,followed by fungi and enterococcus. According to the selection of the drug,the most sensitive to enterobacteriaceae was meropenem,followed by amikacin,and the highest sensitivity was tobramycin,and the highest sensitivity in urinary was fulvides. The most sensitive to fungi were flucytosine and amphotericin. The most sensitive to enterococcus were vancomycin and linezolid,the most sensitive was ciprofloxacin.Conclusion The pathogens of urological urinary tract infection are mainly for enterobacteriaceae,fungi and enterococci,the antibiotics should be treated with norfloxacin and tobramycin,ciprofloxacin and flucytosine,amphotericin.
