本院冬令膏方临床应用情况及处方点评分析

Clinical application and prescription analysis of winter ointment in our hospital

目的分析本院冬令膏方的临床应用情况,并对膏方的特色优势进行研究点评。方法选取盐城市中医院2014—2016年开具的800张冬令膏方进行分析研究,将年龄、性别、用药总量、药味数和开立科室、诊断情况、不合理问题、贵细药品的使用进行统计分析。结果男性膏方使用率低于女性(P<0.05),中青年是最核心的使用膏方群体;膏方的中药味数较多,总剂量较大;中医内科是膏方最主要的临床应用科室;医院中少数膏方需要规范处理,对膏方组方的合理应用需进一步提高;贵细药品在膏方中的使用率较高。结论中医膏方具有明显的特色,临床使用科室分布也相对集中,是治未病和医已病有效的方法之一。

Objective To analyse the clinical application of winter ointment in our hospital,and to study the characteristics of winter ointment. Methods A total of 800 pieces of winter ointment recipes were selected from 2014 to 2016 years in Yancheng Chinese Medicine Hospital. The ages,genders,total drug usages,numbers of drugs and the establishment of departments,unresonable problems,and the use of fine drugs were analyzed. Results The numbers of women in the patients of ointment using rate was significantly higher than that of the males（ P 0. 05）,the young and middle-aged people were the most active groups of ointment; The total amounts of Chinese herbal medicine was more and the total doses was larger; Traditional Chinese medicine was the most important clinical department of herbal paste; In a small number of creamers need to be standardized,and the reasonable application needed to improve; Fine drugs had a high using rate. Conclusion Chinese medicine cream side has an obvious characteristics,the clinical use of the departments distribution is relatively concentrated,and which has been one of the effective ways in the disease and medical treatment.
