护理干预在肝硬化并发上消化道出血患者中的应用效果

Application effect of nursing intervention on patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的探讨护理干预在肝硬化并发上消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取攀枝花市第四人民医院2016年2月—2017年2月收治的肝硬化并发上消化道出血患者80例,按照投掷硬币的方式将患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予护理干预,比较两组患者临床疗效、出血次数、止血时间及住院时间,观察两组患者并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,出血次数少于对照组,止血时间、住院时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在肝硬化并发上消化道出血患者中的应用效果确切,可有效减少患者出血次数,缩短出血时间,且并发症少。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention on patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected from February 2016 to February 2017 in the Fourth People＇s Hospital of Panzhihua,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the ways of throwing coins,40 cases in each group. Control group was given routine nursing care, observation group was given nursing intervention. The clinical curative effect,the numbers of bleeding,bleeding time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of complications were observed. Results The observation group of total effective rate was higher than control group,the numbers of bleeding was less than control group,bleeding time and hospitalization time were shorter than control group,the incidence rate of complications was lower than control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention has an exactly clinical effect on patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,it can effectivly reduce the numbers of bleeding,shorten bleeding time,and with less complications.
