外交部发言人应答话语中的论辩策略:以耿爽就人权问题答记者问为例

Argumentative Strategies in Foreign Ministry Spokespersons' Replies at the Press Conference: Taking Geng Shuang's Reply about the Human Rights Issues as Case Study

借助语用论辩分析框架,以外交部发言人耿爽就人权问题答记者问为例,本文重构了其论辩框架,揭示了各个论证联结维护其背后的真实立场的论辩过程。研究结果显示,为耿爽在界定意见分歧、选取共同出发点与设计论证组合环节综合考虑了潜在话题、受众需求及表达方式,增强了其论证的有效性。

Based on the analytical framework of Pragma-Dialectics, this paper reconstructs the framework of the Foreign Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang＇s reply to a question concerning the criticize on the Human Rights issues of China and reveals the argumentation process of how the arguments connected to support the real and hidden standpoint. As is shown in the results, Geng Shuang manipulates the potential topic, audience demand and means of presentation in redefining the difference of opinion, selecting common starting points and designing the demonstration and thus strengthens the effectiveness of arguments.
