摘要
从毛木耳Auricularia polytricha中提取得毛木耳多糖(APP)。APP po 150和37 mg/kg能分别延长小鼠凝血时间和家兔白陶土部分凝血活酶时间;APP能延长体外凝血时间,但对凝血酶元时间无明显影响;APP po 150,300 mg/kg对正常小鼠血清胆固醇水平无影响;APP po 100,150 mg/kg可预防实验性高胆固醇血症的形成;APP po 50 mg/kg×10 d,可降低高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯,升高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)/TC;APP的LD_(50)为1165±275 mg/kg。
Auricularia Polytricha polysaccharide (APP) prolonged the coagulation time at a dose of po 150 mg/kg in mice and the kaolin partial thromplastin time at a dose of po 37 mg/kg in rabbits; APP elongated coagulation time but did not effect on prothrombin time of mixed human plasma with the final concentration of 4 mg/ml. APP (po 150 mg/kg×4 d and 300 mg/kg×4 d) did not effect on the total cholesterol (TC) content in normal mice serum. APP (po 100 mg/kg and 150 mg/kg) decreased the serum TC content with hypercholesteromia induced by henyolk in mice. APP reduced the serum TC and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) content with the dose of po 30 mg/kg×10 d; decreased the serum TC, triglyceride (TG) and LDL-C content, increased high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)/TC content with the dose of 50 mg/kg×10 d in rats with experimental hyperlipidemia. The acute LD_(50) of APP by intraperitonal injection in mice was 1165±275 mg/kg.
